We are relocating our HQ so this years race is cancelled but will return in 2021 in another location tbc.
You can still gain these medals by entering through our “Virtual Running Club”
All races will start at 9.00 am from Little Bowbrook, Walton Road, Hartlebury, Worcestershire, DY10 4JA – registration will be open on the day from 8.00 am, where you will collect your race number. Please arrive by 8:45 am latest as registration will close at this time.
Post race, there will be mince pies and hot wine available.
What is the course like?
The route is a multi-lap course with each lap approximately 6 miles. On your return to Little Bowbrook after each lap you will have water and food available. There is also a mid point water station and check-point.
The terrain is mainly tarmac, on quiet lanes through picturesque countryside. With the exception of one small hill the route is generally flat.
Is their any accommodation nearby?
Within 5 minutes drive of Little Bowbrook is Hartlebury Travelodge. Adjacent to the Travelodge is a Thai Restaurant and a further five minutes walk is an Esso Garage with a Greggs / Subway and Spa Shop facilities. Ten minutes walk is also the Mitre Oak pub which serves good value food. If you require transport from the Travelodge to the race start / finish, we can supply this for a small fee of £5.00 each way payable on the day but requested in advance.
Camping is possible and FREE at Little Bowbrook, which also benefits from shower and toilet facilities. There is also a communal kitchenette with toaster and kettle.
If you have a group of fifteen or more runners (club bookings or friends) wanting to take part in the half or full marathons, we may be able to adjust the race start time to suit yourselves. Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to discuss this further.
Entry numbers are limited to 150 places – so book early to avoid disappointment. Our Santa’s Little Helpers on the 13th December was SOLD OUT for 2018.
Available in either gold or silver with a unique design for each of the 12 days – so 24 medal options in total! As the race is only over one day we aren’t offering finishers a choice of medal but it will be one of the official Twelve Days of Christmas medals.
What size are the medals?
They are actually the largest medals that we do! All the medals are the same size and approximately 80 mm diameter on the circular part and 130 mm overall drop. Ideal for displaying on the Christmas Tree!
What’s the Great Christmas Give-away?
Well, in addition to your race medal:
Each 10km or 5km finisher will also receive a technical URL race shirt from a previous URL event. (non-transferable value £12.00)
Each Half Marathon finisher will receive 2 of the above technical race shirts. (non-transferable value £24.00)
Each Marathon finisher will receive 2 of the above technical race shirts plus an Official BUFF. (non-transferable value £39.00)
NB – The Great Christmas Give-away is not open to Virtual Entries, just the entrants of the race on 22nd December. If we run out of t-shirt sizes we may substitute other products of equal value in place of the technical shirts.
All the above will be distributed as gifts and are non-transferable.

The Virtual Running Number which we email to you is personalised with the runners name, so if you are buying for someone else, please send us their name at the time of booking.

Raising money for our nominated charity:
If you want to support our nominated charity on any of the entry options, it’s easy and simple;
- Press the enter button and choose ‘Support our nominated charity for £10.00 which covers our Admin costs.
- Then create a Fund Raising Page – we can help you do this.
- You agree to raise a minimum of twice the entry fee type you have chosen, but please raise as much money as you can.
- Once we have confirmed your run information as correct your medal will be posted out. For multi-day bookings we will post out your medals once the final run has been completed.
- For international posting you will need to pay an additional £4.50 for a single item and £9.75 for multiple items.
