Delete Your Ultra Running Ltd Account
You can request deletion of your Ultra Running Ltd app account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@ultrarunningltd.co.uk using the email address linked to your account. Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address registered to your account
- “Account deletion request” in the subject line
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What will be deleted
We will delete or anonymise, where applicable:
- Your account and login details
- Your profile information and profile image
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Favourites
- Event participation information
- User-submitted photos, results or other content
- Support messages associated with your account
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law, for accounting, fraud prevention, payment disputes or legitimate business records. This may include order, payment and transaction records. Retained information will be securely stored and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless legal or technical requirements mean additional time is needed. We will confirm when the request has been completed.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. You may lose access to your order history, event records, favourites and other account features.
