Ultra Running Limited, in conjunction with it’s global partners around the world has created the International Ultra Squads.

The Nepal Ultra Squad is a partnership between Ultra Running Limited and Karma Sherpa who is resident in Nepal.

  • Option 1 – Training camps & Challenges – all year round and created around you the customer, bespoke to your needs. We intend offering several Challenges which are all unique experiences in this amazing location. First available is The Annapurna Challenge.
  • Option 2 – Trekking – multiple locations available, Everest region, Annapurna region, Langtang region, Mustang Trek, Manasalu Round Trek, Maklalu Base Camp Trek, Rolwaling Trek.
  • Option 3 – Climbing – Everest Expedition, Amadablam Expedition, Saribung Expedition, Mera Peak, Lobuche Peak, Island Peak, Parchamo Peak, Chulu far east peak with Tilicho lake.

Taking part in any of the above activities will benefit Sherpa Healthcare

Sherpa Healthcare Nepal (SHN) is a non-profit and non-government social organization, which was established in 2012. The purpose of the organization is to assist in the building of hospitals and run socially remote villages of the Solukhumbu District, sotang VDC (village development comittee). This assistance helps over 2250 people in Sotang VDC, Solukhumbu. SHN operates from Talakhraksituated in the Solukhumbu district of Nepal. It is only accessible one day or more by bus and 3 days walking from district headquater or after flying to Phaplu or lamidand from Kathmandu and 3 Days walk.
The organization’s initial focus is to provide better health care and medical facilities, and is registered with the district office in Kathmandu and it is also affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (Affiliated No. 36267).

So far approximately 340 patients have received free health treatment and medicine from the initial phase of the organization.

According to the objectives of the organization, it has provided appropriate health treatment services/facilities, through proficient experts, identifying the diseases of the disadvantaged group or community residing in the Himalayan sector.
