Enviromental Policy Update:
Please note that ALL our races are now cup-free which means we will not be supplying cups and you will need to bring your own. We will provide water and squash dispensers and cola bottles for you to pour into your own cup.
Very soon we will have our own branded foldable and reusable cups for sale in our web-shop. You can either get these posted out to you in advance or collect them at registration on race day.

This is another comparatively flat stage. Heading through; Grimley, Worcester, Upton-on-Severn and Tewkesbury. Reaching Gloucester, the river meanders, taking in Epney, Priding and Frampton-on-Severn where the path follows the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal to Manor Farm, which is Camp-Four.

Event Options and fees
Standard Solo Entry – £90.00
Please note this is a point to point run – competitors must arrange their own transportation from the finish back home. Relay runners must also arrange their own transportation between checkpoints for their relay team.
Competitors must achieve a minimum speed of 4 mph otherwise they will not be allowed to continue.
Entry and logistics
Runners must arrive for registration at Top Barn Camping, Holt Heath, between 06:00 and 06:30 on the 24th May 2020. The race will start at 07:30. Please note if everyone is there before 07:30 we may start earlier.
Typical CP Food
Examples which may be on offer – malt loaf, jam, peanut butter, cheese & marmite sandwiches, sweets, squash and coke. We would ask however that you do not rely on these alone and take only what you need with consideration for the other runners still to come in to the checkpoints.
Camping facilities are only free of charge to those competing in the full Severn Challenge event. If you are only doing 1or 2 days you can camp but at an additional fee and this must be booked and paid for in advance.. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Finishers Medals and Awards
All finishers will receive a finishers medal. The first male / female finisher will recieve an Original Buff that will be presented to them at the end of the race.
Please note that entries within four weeks of the event cannot guarantee their medal type. This is because we commit to medal orders at this time.
Hiring of GPS equipment
As with all of Ultra Running Ltd Events, entrants have the facility to hire a Garmin for the duration of the race should they wish to do so at a nominal fee. For more information please click HERE

In line with the race rules, you must maintain a minimum of 4mph. This equates to the following mandatory cut-off times (assuming a 7:30 race start);
Severn Way CP1 will close at 09:15
Severn Way CP2 will close at 11:30
Severn Way CP3 will close at 13:45
Severn Way CP4 will close at 16:30
Severn Way CP5 will close at 20:00
Outside these times you will not be allowed to continue.
